Based on B/S structure, user can learn or manage the system anywhere and anytime via a browser. User can easy to enter the system as its simple but strong function.

Active LMS is developed with Java, STRUTS technology, and can be installed on Linux, Unix and Windows under the support of Tomcat. More than 10,000 users can logon the system as the courseware server support cluster and hot backuping.

For system administrator, Active LMS supports tree based department, user, course, courseware, questions library, exam, resource library and BBS management.
For students, Active LMS supports registration, course applying, course learning, exercise, exam, online BBS etc. It also supports bulletin, online message, email, chat room, email notification and other auxiliary learning tools.
Active LMS can be integrated with Living distance learning system (eg. Active Class)and courseware recording & editing software (eg. Active Producer)seamlessly.

System management: administrator and bulletin management.
Department management: tree based department and privilege management.
User management: Easy to manage users such as adding, modification, deleting , searching and privilege setting. It includes system, department, user, course, courseware, questions library, exam, BBS and other management privilege.
Courseware management: Chapter-section management, course authorization, email notification, learning and exam statistic.
Courseware management: Supporting AICC, SCORM, html, Office, pdf, swf, wmv, asf, rm, picture etc. Supporting courseware searching.
Questions library management: Supporting Blank, single choice, multiple choice, and check, essay and other question type. Score and difficulty are also attached on the question. Supporting question searching.
Exam management: Automatic and manual paper generating.
BBS management: Question submit, replying and searching.
